Of Each Year When It commemorates the death (or "falling asleep") of the Virgin Mary, and her subsequent assumption, body and soul, into heaven according to the Orthodox faith. This feast is a major holiday in both the Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholic Churches. And Instead Of being Mean Be Kind Loving Forgiving Caring And Compassionate When Each Time We All Ask Ourselves Why Mary Our Beloved Mother Weeping Well I Tell Is Not For Joys She In Heaven With Christ But Because How This World Truly Is And Acts If Going Become Like The Feast Of The Dormition ! Then We Simply Must Just Imitate Her So Our Lord Can Help Show Us The Way Lord And Not Hate But Only Them True Joys Of What Mary Can Do For You So You Know In The Very End That Mary's death and her subsequent bodily ascension into heaven.
